You Asked, We Answered: Our Design Process
Our customers often ask “Where do you get the ideas for your designs?” and “Can you share more behind the scenes footage of your work?” To answer the former, our team initiates each design process by conceptualizing, sketching, focus group testing, then finally launching our product. Mostly though, we are a small creative team seeking to disrupt the fashion industry by creating limited hand-sewn items to keep you looking fly in these streets. One of our favorite designs so far was the creation of our Royal Blue Bomber Jacket, reminiscent of the Jordan 13 hyper royal blue sneaker. Here’s a sneak peek of the craftsmanship that goes into each design
Once our design is finalized, our manufacturing team prints and cut each jacket individually. The manufacturing team then aligns each component of the jacket and inspects for quality control. From here, each jacket is hand-sewn to expert-level quality. Zippers are added, filling is stuffed then a second inspect happens. We work tirelessly to ensure Cream Life Shop customers are getting a superior product every time.

Before Kobe Bryant got his own signature shoe with Nike one of the sneakers that was closely associated with Bryant was the Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K series specifically the 2K4.
In honor of Kobe’s final season in the NBA and his final All Star Game in about a month or so Nike will be re-releasing the All Star colorway of the Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4 that the Black Mamba wore back in 2004. This colorway comes with a White upper and Game Royal, Sport Red and Metallic Silver accents.
You can expect the Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4 All Star to release during All Star Weekend for $150. In the meantime take a look at the official set of images above and let us know if you plan on picking up a pair.
As you’ve all probably seen by now, Nike is looking to celebrate the Super Bowl this year in a big way by coming out with several different sneakers inspired by the Super Bowl event. With that being said, Nike recently unveiled yet another pair with a Super Bowl theme. Today we take a look at the official images of the women’s Nike Air Huarache Run Super Bowl.
Although we’ve seen some pretty bold Super Bowl inspired sneakers in the past few days, this Huarache Run is a bit subtle compared to those. The Huarache Run comes in a predominantly black upper made out of a combination of mesh, neoprene and leather. The only part of the shoe that comes with some color is the heel cage which also happens to come in black but is added some gold speckling to it. Part of the midsole comes in white to help add some contrast to the tonal look of the shoe. Completing the look is the branding found on the tongue, sole, heel cage and insoles of the shoe. If you like what you see, the ladies can pick up their very own pair today for the retail price of $140.
Following the standout collaboration with Packer Shoes, the Ewing 33 Hi is rendered in an appealing finish for the season.
Evoking a boot-like aesthetic, the silhouette is essentially tweaked for the colder months with its waterproof suede upper. The outdoor-isnpired theme is further evidenced with D-ring eyelets and boot laces. Contrasted with black accents adorning the side panels, rear and tongue tab via branding, the tone is also evident across its distinctive ankle strap.
Further detailed with slight white accents on its heel, the model is finished off by a classic gum outsole to perfectly complement its respective build. You can purchase a pair at select Ewing Athletics retailers nationwide now.
To follow-up on yesterday’s latest set of images, another depiction of the forthcoming Air Jordan 5 Low Knicks edition are unveiled, this time showcasing the silhouette in an editorial perspective.
Still no word on a certain release date, the sneaker is essentially defined by its New York-inspired theme. Bright blue drapes the model’s plush nubuck upper, while hints of orange adorn the lace lock, jumpman logo on the tongue tab, inner lining, heel and distinctive jagged component on its midsole. In addition, matching blue laces, a white midsole unit and reflective tongue encapsulates its respective theme.
All adhered atop an icy translucent outsole, look for this pair to arrive at select JB and Nike accounts in the coming months ahead.
One of the only Air Jordan signature sneakers after the Air Jordan 14 that has received the retro treatment is the Air Jordan 20 which was remastered in a handful of colorways just last year. This year Jordan Brand will be bringing back another silhouette that gets overlooked with the Air Jordan 17.
The Air Jordan 17 Copper will receive the remastered treatment this year and the images above give us our first good look of what we can expect later this year. The upper is composed of white leather with a luxurious black croc skin landing on the heel and tongue. The name copper comes from the hits that appear on the eyelets, heel and tongue branding and were meant to match up with the Wizards uniforms at the time.
Expected to release some time in April for $250, what are your thoughts on the return of the Air Jordan 17 Copper?
Release Date: March 12, 2016
This Air Jordan 5 Low comes in the all familiar “Fire Red” colorway that is one of the original colorways to release back in 1990. The upper is composed of a white leather with black taking over the midsole shark teeth, netting and the tongue while Fire Red lands on the inner liner, midsole, outsole and inner liner.
You can expect the Air Jordan 5 Low “Fire Red” to release on March 12, 2016.
Time and time again, Nike has created different variations of the timeless Infrared Air Max 90, from slimmed-down Ultra versions to “Reverse Infrared”. Less than a year after they once again brought back the original version, another take on the classic Air Max arrives, one which features a simple color swap. This rendition chooses a vibrant orange in place of Infrared, and admittedly does include a darker shade of grey across the upper. Nevertheless, the iconic color blocking stays intact, which is a look that Air Max fans will never get tired of. This particular colorway is arriving overseas now, so stay tuned for a stateside release date coming soon.
Earlier this year, we predicted that Jordan Brand would celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Space Jam with a re-release of the classic Air Jordan 11 that was laced up by MJ in that film. The all-black Air Jordan 11 with a royal blue Jumpman has gone on to be one of the most revered Air Jordans ever created, and one could argue that the massive turnout for the 2009 re-issue is what sparked the annual campouts and general mayhem around the December AJ11 drops. It makes plenty of sense for Jordan Brand to bring out the Space Jams because of the aforementioned 20th Anniversary and the fact that every other OG Air Jordan colorway has already seen the light of day in recent years. So why not start the cycle all over again? This photo here is allegedly a sample of the December 2016 release, and we’re inclined to agree considering the outsoles of almost every ’09 Retro has yellowed pretty badly. We’ll bring you more updates on Space Jam 11s soon.
